Returns & Refund Policy

  • KWONG SATAY will grant FULL 100% refund for any cancellation of order if request is made TWO (2) working days before the date of delivery or self-collection.
  • Cancellation – In the event of a cancellation which is made within less than TWO (2) working days to the date of delivery or self-collection, an admin fee of $20.00 is chargeable.
  • Customers are strongly encouraged to check the details of their order such as the contact information, the date and time period of the delivery or self-collection before submitting their order.
  • If a cancellation is made after the order is dispatched, customers will be required to pay the FULL amount of the order and there shall be no refund of any payment received
  • For a delivery cannot be delivered and received at the specific address given by the customer due to any reason (e.g., the customer or assigned receiver is uncontactable, no entry to premises etc.) the assigned delivery personnel will wait for a maximum of TEN (10) minutes at location and will continue in attempting to contact the customer before s/he has to understandably leave in order to fulfil other deliveries. Extra cost will be incurred and paid in cash directly to the delivery driver if an extra trip is made back. In all the said situations, all delivery orders have to abide to food safety standards and be disposed with no compensation nor refund to the customer
  • For self-collection, customers who have failed to pick up their orders by closing time at Kwong Satay factory at Bukit Batok Crescent, will be considered as “no-show” and therefore forfeit their orders and no compensation or refund will be made for all such incidents.
